First time her and will definitely be back. The gentlemen there are great and very nice even had a life as somehow my appt got scheduled under "brian" and that happens to be my father's name and we laughed. The customer service is just amazing.

This Midas shop off MacArthur rd in Allentown deserves a rating of a 1 star if not a zero if that was an option as I’m sure anyone probably would rate a zero if they were treated the same way as I was. I am writing this review to warn others about the incredibly unprofessional, deceptive, and exploitative experience I had at this Midas location on MacArthur Road in Allentown. I brought my car here in early March 2026 for a battery and charging issue. I spoke with the supervisor, Rob Klotz, and was transparent about my limited budget. Rob explicitly promised he could "work something out" regarding payment, even suggesting they had allowed previous customers to take their vehicles home and make payments. I trusted him with a car I have maintained since 2016. Instead of addressing the battery/alternator issue I requested, they insisted on a $2,400 "tune-up" (plugs, coils, hoses). I felt pressured into this, as they made it sound essential to the car's operation. When I could not pay the $2,400 upfront, the "flexible payment" options suddenly vanished. I was then harassed with threats of my car being towed, causing me immense stress and leading me to believe I had lost the vehicle

John was so easy to work with. They made recommendations but we're not pushy. The car was done the same day. Very conscientious workers.

Excellent communication and service. Michelle at the front is very personable and knowledgeable. She was able to get me scheduled the same morning and clearly communicated what was needed. Will worked on my car with precision and expert care. He was also quite thorough in explaining to me exactly what my car needed. He took the time needed to work on my car and communicated throughout as needed. I highly recommend Whitehall Midas. You and your car will be treated well!

Exceptional Care and Service! They get things done and treat people right. Rob and the team at Midas at 1820 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall PA are outstanding. I needed a complete new transmission, brakes on all 4 wheels, new battery, and other smaller maintenance services and had horrible experiences at other repair shops for well over 12+ months. I could testify with long explanations and descriptions but this is about the team at Midas. Immediately from the first contact, Rob was genuine, pleasant, customer-focused, helpful, honest, and warmly professional. I got all the repairs completed fast with thoughtful phone-updates from start to finish. I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, care, and gentle no-pressure recommendations. I have a new home for all my car care needs. Thank you again to Rob and your excellent team for your compassionate care, professionalism, considerate communication, and expert competence. My car runs better than ever, btw! ~Brian
